The focus of the speech was on access to justice and how to establish effective remedies in the digital age. This provided an opportunity for the President to showcase ELI and highlight some of its projects such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Public Administration – Developing Impact Assessments and Public Participation, ELI Guiding Principles for Automated Decision-Making in the EU, Climate Justice: New Challenges for Law and Judges, Business and Human Rights: Access to Justice and Effective Remedies as well as ELI’s upcoming project on Digitalisation of the Justice System.
CAJI engages in research, dialogue and policy initiatives to promote the important values of access to justice and inclusion.
