The meeting is part of a series of meetings embarked on by ELI recently with a view to forging closer ties with organisations in Africa and Asia.
The President and Director general were joined by ELI Secretary General, Dr Vanessa Wilcox, ELI Project Officer, Laura Papasodaro, ERUSMA Officer in charge of research and publications, Ms Annick Kinsi and ERUSMA Projects and Partnership Manager, Ghislain Olory-Togbe. On the occasion, various ideas for cooperation were explored and will be acted upon soon.
The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) is an Institution of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA). ERSUMA is charged with the capacity-building and training of judges and court officials of Member States on harmonized laws and business law. It is also a center of documentation and research on legal and judicial issues.
