ELI President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, met remotely with Ana Gallego, Director-General of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST).
The meeting was also attended by Dr Vanessa Wilcox, ELI Secretary General, and Peter József Csonka, Acting Director at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on current developments in the fields of justice and consumer policy, present the European Law Institute's ongoing and forthcoming initiatives, and explore opportunities for further cooperation between the ELI and the European Commission.
