On the occasion, the ELI President was joined by Secretary General Dr Vanessa Wilcox, LLM (Cantab) and the WJA President was joined, among others, by Gabriel Fernández Rojas and Teodora Toma. The meeting was an opportunity to reflect on the parties’ fruitful collaboration in the 2023 World Law Congress in New York, at which ELI was represented through a panel on Judicial Independence (more here), and on how to intensify cooperation going forward.
