On 26 February 2021, ELI President Christiane Wendehorst held a remote meeting with the Deputy Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Austria, Wolfgang Bogensberger to discuss possible avenues for cooperation, also in light of the ELI celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
President Wendehorst and the Deputy Head Bogensberger explored topics of common interest such as the rule of law, digitalisation and importance of the European legal culture and agreed to maintain institutional ties and work towards further dialogue.
