ELI President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, participated in the ELRA XXXIV General Assembly, co-organized by Registradors de Catalunya and co-funded by the European Union.
The event brought together distinguished academics, legal practitioners, and policymakers from across Europe and Canada.
During the Opening Session, Prof Dr Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell delivered a presentation titled ‘The Role of Soft Law in Digital Regulation: Challenges and Opportunities.’
The discussions addressed a range of topics, including Artificial Intelligence, Soft Law in Digital Regulation, and Housing Policies in Europe.
The Assembly concluded with a Closing Ceremony followed by a group photo.
