ELI Principles on Blockchain Technology, Smart Contracts and Consumer Protection Available in Spanish

The above Principles, developed under the leadership of Co-Reporters Prof Dr Sjef van Erp and Dr Martin Hanzl, and approved by ELI last year, were translated by Prof Dr María Elena Sánchez Jordán, an ELI Member, and published in Revista de Derecho Civil.

The translation is now available on the ELI website and on the website of Revista de Derecho Civil.

ELI is very grateful to Prof Dr María Elena Sánchez Jordán for having translated the Principles into Spanish and, through that, enabling further in-depth discussions on the Principles in Spanish.
