Participants discussed the Draft ELI Report on EU Consumer Law and Automated Decision-Making, which will mark the first, interim output of the above project.
Members of the PT, AC, MCC and Observers provided helpful feedback on the Draft. Their input will be further considered by the Project Reporters, with the aim of finalising the Draft and submitting it to the ELI Council and Membership for approval in September 2023.
