On 8 December 2022, Prof Dr Henrik Andersen, Co-Reporter of the ELI Project on Climate Justice – New Challenges for Law and Judges, presented the project at an event organised by the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on the Rule of Law and European Values (CRoLEV) at the School of Law of the University of Central Lancashire in Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus).
During his presentation, entitled ‘Rule of Law, Human Rights and Climate Justice’, Prof Dr Andersen spoke about some of the Principles developed within the project.
