The online meeting provided an opportunity for each Project Team member to present their considerations and initial thoughts on various aspects of the European Commission’s Proposal for a Council Regulation on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition of decisions and acceptance of authentic instruments in matters of parenthood and on the creation of a European Certificate of Parenthood.
The Team will continue their deliberations at the meetings in November and December 2023.
