Working Group III (Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform) continued its work on the draft code of conduct for adjudicators, draft provisions as well as draft guidelines on mediation, selection and the appointment of ISDS tribunal members, a multilateral instrument on ISDS and the establishment of an advisory centre.
