ELI Representatives Participate in UNCITRAL Working Group III Session

ELI President, Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz, and ELI Executive Committee Member, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballel, represented ELI at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III (Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform).
The session took place remotely from 14–18 February 2022 in a bid to intensify relations between ELI and UNCITRAL.
