Professor Augenhofer participated in a keynote interview and panel session on the final day of the event. In her remarks, she reflected on the evolving regulatory landscape and presented ELI’s Principles on Third Party Funding of Litigation, underlining their role in promoting transparency, accountability, and access to justice across jurisdictions.
