The role of propaganda in information warfare is the subject of a wide range of discussions in civil society, politics and science. The webinar centred on the role of online communication in the dissemination of propaganda and the challenges of criminalising new types of propaganda in connection with the Russian-Ukrainian war, as well as how effective it can be. Particular attention was paid to the issue of the balance between freedom of speech and propaganda.
