ELI-ULCC Meeting on Advance Choices

On 9 January 2023, Adrian Ward, Co-Reporter of the ELI project on Advance Choices for Future Disablement, met Peter Lown, KC, Member of the Uniform Law Conference of Canada (ULCC)’s Executive.

The meeting served as an opportunity to inform the ULCC about ELI’s new project on Advance Choices for Future Disablement as well as to discuss developments in the field in both Canada and Europe.
