In particular, the working group on Structure, responsible for preparing the consolidated draft of the output of the project, presented its current work. Further, the Reporters of the working groups on ‘Costs’, ‘Judgments’ and ‘Appeals’ discussed their ongoing work. With these Working Groups finalizing their drafts, the participants discussed the approach to be taken with a view to submitting their output in advance of the ELI General Assembly in September 2019.
