The Group continued its work on the consolidated draft of the Instrument. Among various points discussed were the drafts submitted by respective Working Groups and the overall status of work and further work was planned.
The Working Group on Structure will present developments at the Joint ELI-UNIDROIT Steering Committee Meeting with Co-Reporters of the Working Groups, Advisors and Observers on 25–26 February in Rome (Italy).
