ELI’s Guiding Principles on Implementing Workers' Right to Disconnect, published in November 2023, was presented by Karine Lempen during a seminar titled ‘New Employment Relations: Untying the Knot(s)’, hosted at the University of Lisbon in Portugal. The conference focused on addressing the most problematic issues of emerging work dynamics and labour technology advancements. Lempen’s intervention focused on various aspects of such implementation, including its scope, regulation, enforcement and sanctions, all drawing from the ELI Guiding Principles.
