The delegation was composed of Fan Sihong (Deputy President of Shaanxi Provincial Higher People's Court), Zhao Jinxuan (Chief Judge of the First Criminal Trial Division of Shaanxi Provincial Higher People's Court), Li Jun (Director of Finance and Equipment Department of Shaanxi Provincial Higher People's Court), Zhu Yuhong (Director of the Trial Management Office of Shaanxi Provincial Higher People's Court), Liu Juan (President of Ankang Municipal Intermediate People's Court) and Wu Xiaopeng (President of Yulin Municipal Intermediate People's Court).

The delegation visited the ELI Secretariat as part of a visit to various oranisations in Austria.

On the occasion, Prof Bachmaier Winter gave her presentation about the above Proposal remotely. The delegation was also given a general presentation about ELI by Senior Finance and Membership Officer, Zuzana Fačková and the ELI Secretary General, Dr Vanessa Wilcox.
