On the ELI side, in addition to the President, the meeting was attended by ELI Scientific Director Prof Dr Christiane Wendehorst, and Reporters for the recently adopted ELI Climate Justice – New Challenges for Law and Judges project, Prof Dr Alberto De Franceschi and Prof Dr Henrik Andersen. On the AEAJ side, in addition to President Zeller, members of the Working Group of Environmental Law judges Keller and Bengtsson were present.
The meeting served as an occasion to explore options for cooperation at an institutional level and to discuss how to advance European law in the field of climate justice.
