He also presented it on a further occasion to the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice, Parliament, the High Council of Justice, Bar Associations, several civil and commercial courts, Chamber of Commerce in Kyiv and to other Ukrainian stakeholders (1–5 April 2019); at the International Tashkent Law Spring Forum in Uzbekistan (25–27 April 2019) and at the EU Intellectual Property Office Mediation Conference in Alicante (30–31 May 2019).

Upon the proposal of ELI’s Slovenian Hub, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia included mediation as one of key topics of the Bled Strategic Forum, which took place in September 2018. The Forum brings together more than 1,000 diplomats, politicians and legal experts from all five continents.
