The meeting offered the opportunity to discuss various topics including the definition of digital remains, including personal remains, the right to access/to delete/to assign, the rights of third parties, jurisdiction and applicable law.
Participants provided valuable feedback on the above. The Reporters will consider the feedback and submit revised drafts ahead of the next meeting, scheduled to take place on 29 April 2024.
