In addition to being a member of ELI’s Executive, Prof Dr Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell is an ELI Project Reporter for the Access to Digital Assets and Guiding Principles and Model Rules on Algorithmic Contracts projects. She also authored ELI’s Innovation Paper on Guiding Principles for Automated Decision-Making in the EU (2022) and is Chair of ELI’s Membership Committee, among many other positions.
