The event was opened by the Secretary of UNCITRAL Madam Anna Joubin-Bret and ELI President Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz.
Two of the Co-Reporters of the ELI’s project on Guiding Principles and Model Rules on Algorithmic Contracts, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell and Prof Dr Christian Twigg-Flesner, presented the project to UNCITRAL delegates and observers. This was followed by expert discussions.
