The Evening Lecture (Book Talk) will take place online in English. On the occasion, a book entitled, ‘Third-Party Litigation Finance: Law, Policy, and Practice’ will be presented by author, Prof Anthony J Sebok (Cardozo School of Law, New York).
The event is co-organised by Prof Dr Susanne Augenhofer and moderated by Prof Dr Walter Doralt.
