The Team focused on the private law aspects and discussed several draft principles. Participants emphasised the need to differentiate various types of uses of blockchain technology, as they have different consequences, for instance with regard to consumer protection. The Team also analysed the recent initiatives of the European Commission in the field. The Team will meet again in December.
