This fruitful meeting focused on the delimitation of the scope of the project, as technologies are developing fast and certain characteristics of blockchain technology are also present in other systems. Further, the participants discussed issues of functional equivalence of transactions on blockchain with regard to the rules of private international law as well as legal aspects of triggering of transactions performed on a blockchain.
The Team will meet again in August.
