At the project’s kick-off meeting on 17 December 2018 in Paris it was decided to divide the Team with a view to establishing several sub-groups with each sub-group focusing on specific issues. The first sub-group was tasked with analysing the impact of the (off chain or/and on chain) governance of blockchains on smart contracts. To discuss their task further a meeting of the sub-group took place on 23 January 2019 at the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris.
The Team will also be meeting on 12 March 2019 in Paris.
