Digital Law SIG Co-Hosts Münster Colloquia on EU Law and the Digital Economy

On 9– 10 January 2025 (13:30 GMT), the SIG will co-host Colloquia on EU Law and the Digital Economy.

The 9th Münster Colloquium will bring together prominent legal scholars, practitioners and policymakers to address the challenges posed by AI-driven contracting in the digital economy. The discussions will centre on the regulatory complexities surrounding AI contracts, including issues of validity, unexpected outcomes and consumer rights such as withdrawal.

Among the speakers will be key figures from academia, legal practice and EU/national regulatory bodies.
