ELI was represented by its Executive Committee Member, Dr Marta Santos Silva.
The working group was established to examine the legal and private international law aspects of carbon markets, including issues related to the cross-border transfer of carbon credits, the recognition of mitigation outcomes, and the harmonisation of relevant legal frameworks.
