The hybrid workshop featured presentations and discussions on enterprise foundation laws from Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Liechtenstein, the US, Hungary, Portugal, and Ireland. Notable scholars, including Professors Hans de Wulf, Kateřina Ronovská, and Ofer Eldar, shared insights on developments in the field.

A session of the workshop was dedicated to discussing the initial thoughts for the ELI draft on European Enterprise Foundation Model Law, with an emphasis on establishment and governance. Breakout groups provided feedback on the above topics. On the second day of the workshop Danish enterprise foundation law took center stage, with contributions from Professor Rasmus Feldthusen and Søren Whitt from the Danish Business Authority. Discussions on harmonising enterprise foundation laws across Europe concluded the workshop.
