ELI Observer Participates in the UNIDROIT Working Group on Digital Assets and Private Law

Teemu Juutilainen participated in the 7th session of the UNIDROIT Working Group on Digital Assets and Private Law, which took place on 19 and 20 December 2022 in Rome and remotely.

Teemu Juutilainen, who is one of the Co-Drafters of the ELI Principles on the Use of Digital Assets as Security, joined the session remotely as one of ELI’s Observers to the Working Group.
