ELI President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, met in person at the headquarters of the General Council of Notaries of Spain in Madrid with representatives of the Spanish Notariat. The meeting was joined remotely by the ELI Secretary General, Dr Vanessa Wilcox.

The meeting brought together Ms Concepción Pilar Barrio del Olmo, President of the Spanish Notariat, Mr José Carmelo Llopis Benlloch, Dean of the Illustrious College of Notaries of Valencia, and the Delegate for Europe of the General Council of Notaries of Spain.

Discussions focused on future cooperation between ELI and the Spanish Notariat, as well as on the organisation of ELI’s 15th anniversary celebrations.
