Prof Dr Susanne Augenhofer, Co-Reporter of the project, took part in a panel on ‘Current Trends in Litigation Finance’. In her intervention, she highlighted the main features of the ELI Principles and underlined their innovative contribution to shaping best practices in this rapidly evolving field.
