ELI Reform of the Product Liability Directive Team Meet to Discuss Possible Feedback on European Commission Proposals in Field

Following the publication of the proposed AI Liability Directive and Product Liability Directive (PLD) by the European Commission on 28 September 2022, ELI’s Team reconvened to discuss the drafts and to consider how to provide feedback to the Commission.
