The Workshop consisted of three panels. The first panel was dedicated to three more extensive presentations of the already available reports on de-judicialisation in Austria, Germany, and Italy. They were meant to serve as a guideline for the other country reports. Subsequently, National Correspondents from other Member States presented their preliminary findings, highlighting aspects of particular interest to the project. The presentations were followed by an enriching debate. The Workshop took place in hybrid format, with some participants gathering at the University of Pisa, and others contributing remotely. Advisory Committee and Members Consultative Committee members were also able to join. The meeting has been an important step forward in the project, and an opportunity to provide common coordinates for the drafters of national reports.

It received an Action Grant from the European Commission under the acronym ‘CODE.FS’ (The Concept and Role of ‘Court’ in the age of de-judicialisation. Reinforcing EU Family and Succession Law).
