Italian Hub Supports a Conference Series on International Economic Law

The first event will take place on 2 April 2025 at 18:00 (CET) at Luigi Einaudi, Faculty of Law, Turin.

This conference series, held at the Luigi Einaudi Campus in Turin, explores key legal and economic issues in international business over four events:

The first event, on 2 April, will examine Golden Power regulations and their impact on corporate transactions, with insights from legal, academic, and industry experts.

The second, on 9 April, will focus on international arbitration, highlighting its role in global dispute resolution.

The third, on 17 April, will address sustainability in international economic law, analysing legal frameworks and practical implications.

The final conference, on 23 April, will discuss cross-border M&A, with a focus on strategies and legal remedies for corporate crises.

Each event features contributions from practitioners and academics, offering a multidisciplinary perspective on these critical topics.
