The webinar will shed light on ELI’s project, which explores and addresses the legal complexities of constraining assets in response to reprehensible state conduct.

Led by Project Co-Reporters, Prof Dr Philippa Webb (University of Oxford), Prof Dr Burkhard Hess (University of Vienna), Prof Dr Krista Nadakavukaren Schefer (University of Basel) and Dr Illia Chernohorenko (University of Oxford), the project aims to offer all decisionmakers facing questions of frozen, seized or repurposed assets guidance on when such constraints are lawful.
