The Team decided, in line with the suggestions of the ELI Council, to split the final output in two parts, with the first report focusing on voluntary transfers of digital assets/security rights.
The small working group developing the relevant Chapter as well as the broader Project Team will meet again in January 2021 to discuss the revised drafts.
