The presentation will be given by PhD candidate Caroline Hornum Martinussen (Department of Law, Aalborg University). It revolves around her thesis, which integrates international criminal law with international environmental law and human rights to examine the limitations and potential of international criminal law in addressing the triple planetary crisis and related environmental distributive injustice. The thesis engages with TWAIL and green criminology as critical perspectives. The presentation will be followed by an open discussion.
