Preparatory Meeting on ELI Prospective Project Access to Digital Assets

On 18 December 2018, the project group on Access to Digital Assets met at the secretariat of the International Union of Judicial Enforcement Officers (UIHJ).

Headed by ELI Vice-President Sjef van Erp and UIHJ Dutch Secretary Jos Uitdehaag, the project group discussed a number of issues related to the access to digital assets and explored various approaches to tackle these issues, setting the course for further elaborating on the project and its proposal.
