As the joint ALI-ELI project ‘Principles for a Data Economy’ is heading towards its finalisation, the Project Team published a website with in-depth insights into the project.

The transatlantic project ‘Principles for a Data Economy’, which is conducted by the European Law Institute (ELI) together with the American Law Institute (ALI), has reached a significant milestone with the approval of the second batch of the Principles by the ALI Council in January 2021. As the project is heading towards its finalisation, the Project Team created a project website for access to the wider public.
