The event will feature a series of invited lectures and thematic seminars focusing on recent rulings from the European Courts, particularly the CJEU and ECHR, and their impact on Spanish national law.

In addition, a special panel will be dedicated to registry law, covering rulings from the Spanish Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. The event will be held inperson, with hybrid participation available for those with special circumstances.

Call for papers is now open for those wishing to present their work, with submissions due by 31 March 2025. The event includes a registration fee, with discounts for ELI members and PhD students. Selected communications will be published in academic volumes.
