The ‘EuCML Annual Conference and Best Paper Award’ aims to recognise and promote outstanding and innovative contributions to Consumer and Market Law.

The 2026 EuCML Annual Conference will bring together leading experts from Europe and beyond, including representatives from academia, legal practice, the judiciary, enforcement authorities, and legislative and executive bodies. The conference will explore and discuss the latest developments in Consumer and Market Law, with a particular focus on digitalisation, sustainability, and private and public enforcement.
