The Ukrainian Hub of the European Law Institute, in cooperation with the Open Dialog Platform and the West Ukrainian National University, will hold two discussion events on 5 October and 2 November 2026 dedicated to the European Enterprise Foundation Model Law.

The discussions will focus on key aspects of the Model Law, including the concept and purposes of enterprise foundations, responsible and long-term business ownership, governance and board independence, transparency and accountability, supervision, and tax neutrality.

The main speaker will be Anna Sarybaieva, Doctor of Law and Founder of the Open Dialog Platform. 

Moderator: Prof Dr Svitlana Mazepa, Chair of ELI Ukrainian Hub. 

The events will provide a forum for academic and professional exchange on the Model Law and its relevance for the future development of enterprise foundations in Europe.
