The webinar is part of a series of joint webinars, which aim at showcasing the on-going and completed works of both Institutes. It follows a successful inaugural webinar on the ALI-ELI Principles for a Data Economy, the second webinar on the Use of Automated Decision-Making and Consumer Law and the third webinar on Third Party Funding of Litigation.
The current webinar, which will take place from 18:30 to 20:00 CET, aims at engaging in a transatlantic dialogue on Enterprise Foundations. Speakers will share insights on existing legal frameworks as well as the interim findings under the ELI Project on the topic. The diverging factual contexts in which Enterprise Foundations operate, the different interests at play in different contexts, the different developments of Enterprise Foundations laws in countries in which the practice is well developed and developing areas will all form part of the discussion.
