Belgian-Luxembourgian Hub

The ELI Belgian-Luxembourgian Hub, chaired by Grégory Minne, Denis Philippe and Matthias Storme, was launched on 27 May 2019. Nearly 100 legal experts gathered at the Inaugural Conference on Access to Justice. Paul Nihoul, Judge at the General Court in Luxemburg and Professor at Université catholique de Louvain, delivered a thought-provoking keynote speech. The event sparked interesting discussions on citizens’ requests to judges to review the legality of decisions or regulations that are affecting their rights. More information about the Conference is available here.

Upon registration with the ELI, individuals become automatically members of the Hub in their country of residence, provided no objections are raised.
