ELI Innovation Papers look to enable ELI Members to propose pioneering legal or multidisciplinary ideas, which deserve the attention of the European legal community and aim at improving European law.
The initial draft of the Innovation Paper on Guiding Principles for Effective Green Nudging follows two productive High Level Expert Group Meetings, chaired by the author. The ELI membership is presently evaluating the document.
