To facilitate collaboration among ELI Turkish Members and generate fresh project concepts, the Hub has scheduled workshop meetings in the upcoming months to discuss relevant topics in ELI's three main areas of focus.
The meeting was hosted by Pîrî Reis University on 14 March 2024 and focused on 'Digital Assets'. The meeting began with the presentations of Prof. Dr. Kadir Berk Kapancı and Dr. Dogan Takavut regarding the legal status of digital assets and the law applicable to them and alternative dispute resolution methods followed by a lively discussion. The Meeting provided a platform for Turkish members of the ELI to reflect on the Membership and discuss recent legal issues.
