The event, which featured Ilaria Petrelli (Institut Suisse de Droit comparé), Laura Carpaneto (University of Genoa, who dealt with recognition of children born out of surrogate motherhood by comparing different European projects) and Mirela Župan (University of Osijek, who focused on International Family Law in the Age of Modern Technologies), focused on the interplay between reproductive technologies and filiation. Valentina Calderai led a lively discussion with the attendees.
